Donations to Satpuda Foundation are now eligible for exemption under Sec 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as per letter F.No.CIT-III/Tech/80G/(13/123)/2007-08 dated 17-08-2007 issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Income Tax - III, Nagpur. This approval is effective from 17-08-2007 to Lifetime.
